Shipping Policy

We Ship only in INDIA covering more than 15000 Pin codes.

Delivery Charges
Kitty And The Woof Gang provides FREE shipping of all items if the total amount of your purchase exceeds Rs.1500 or more. If the total amount of your purchases is less than Rs. 1500/- then a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 200/- is applicable.

Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery purchases?

There is a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs.100/- levied on Cash on Delivery purchases however in the case of prepaid orders these charges are not applicable. You need to choose the Standard Shipping + COD option (Rs. 200 + Rs. 100) during the checkout process.


Delivery Period
The estimated delivery period is in 6-7 working days. If you reside in a faroff location, orders will be sent by registered post by Indian postal services which may take a maximum of 1-2 weeks depending on the location.

Shipping Rules or Tracking Details
The shipment details – “Tracking Number” is shared once the parcel/article is dispatched by any of the logistics partner. The details once put on our admin portal shows the term “complete” to the customer. The customer will then receive an email registered with us and an SMS on the mobile number stating that the order is complete. The term “complete” is referred to as the shipment is fulfilled; it should be not considered as the final delivery done by the logistic partner.
Most articles/parcels reach within 6-7 working days depending upon their location. If at all the article is not received within the stipulated timeframe please get in touch with us on our WhatsApp number or email us.

Return & Replacement Policy

If the product is defective or damaged in transit, return the product within 10 days and we will, with your agreement, replace the product with an identical product. If we are unable to do so, we will, with your agreement, provide a store credit for the purchase price (delivery cost not included if any).


If after receiving the product you did not like the product or if you change your mind; discuss/mail it to the support desk within 48 hours.


Upon agreement, you need to send the item back to us within 10 business days for a replacement/refund. For refunds, we deduct a processing fee from Rs.100 – Rs.200 from your order invoice. The amount for deduction will be informed to you on mail/call. The deduction is for the amount we have incurred for shipping the item + the payment gateway processing charges. does not allow returns on the following:

  • Any Used Apparel
    •    If the product doesn’t bear its original packaging
    •    If the product is soiled, dirty, washed, refurbished, or used for a prolonged period
    •    If the product is torn, damaged, or possesses any signs of strains

Refund of return shipping charges (only if a wrong product is sent by us) (Charges paid by the buyer for returning the products to us) will be limited to Rs 100 or 10% of the product cost, whichever is lower. The refund for shipping charges will be in the form of a
